The Grand Package works well with the bride and groom that would like a coordinator to guide them along the planning process. This package is designed to have all the benefits of a full service coordinator with your six in-person consultations and unlimited discussions over the phone or email.

- Direction and orchestration of your wedding ceremony rehearsal up to 2 hours
- Collection of any wedding items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day, such as favors, programs, guestbook, place cards, etc.
- Management of the entire event: From the moment you are in the make-up chair to when the last vendor leaves
- Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits; we come prepared with everything but the kitchen sink!
- Supervision of service providers, including load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
- Oversee vendor commitments
