A perfect option for the bride who wants to take care of all the preliminary planning, but understands the importance of having a wedding coordinator on your day to manage and take care of all the details! With this package, we work with you as early as three months prior to the wedding day to make sure everything is on schedule and to be your voice on your wedding day!
- Up to 2 comprehensive detailed planning meetings
- Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design
- Create timeline for ceremony and reception
- Design processional and recessional for ceremony
- Collect vendor information (contracts, floor plans, etc.)
- Collect seating charts and layouts
- Wedding site walk-through with caterer or wedding service provider
- Review wedding plans and add suggestions and/or items to be considered
- Basic follow-up coordination calls to vendors to confirm all details and directions
- Follow-up calls with Bride and Groom and/or Family
- Coordination of rehearsal and provide itinerary for Wedding Party
- Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits; we come prepared with everything but the kitchen sink!
- Supervision of service providers, including load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
- Unlimited coordination hours on your wedding day
