Professional representation for the direction of your wedding day.
- Wedding day director (7-hour coverage)
- Vendor confirmations
- Early arrival to ensure that set-up is correct
- Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors on wedding day
- Cue musicians or music for ceremony
- Lining up and cueing the wedding party when it is time to walk down the aisle
- Making sure wedding dress and train are perfect and send you on your way
- Gathering family members/wedding party for photographs
- Making sure that all finishing touches are complete
- Ensuring proper placement of guest seating place cards, wedding favors
- Wedding programs, wedding bubbles, exit petals, disposable cameras, etc.
- Cue service for Reception
- Answer guests questions and concerns regarding the day
- Assisting DJ or MC in guiding guests throughout the day
- Assist with any dietary needs, or special meat requests
- Supervising and communicating with the chef and catering staff
- Available and alert to take care of any unexpected occurrences
- Guiding you graciously through your day
- Keeping track of specialty items and then packing everything up
- Distributing gratuities or final payments to vendors on your behalf
- Arranging transportation for you; keeping contact with your driver
- Ensure vendors provide services as requested
- Ensure set-up is correct
- Personally assist Bride & Groom
- Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits; we come prepared with everything but the kitchen sink!
- Supervision of service providers, including load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
